PTO Fox

Help shape PTO Fox: the founding offer

We're opening PTO Fox to its first 20 founding companies. You get 3 months free, then 50% off for 12 months. In return we ask for a short feedback call so we can fix what bugs you.

20 of 20 spots left. The offer ends December 31, 2026, or when all 20 spots are taken, whichever comes first.

How it works

  1. Start your 30-day free trial. No card needed.
  2. Join the founding offer: tick the box when you name your company, or press Join the founding offer here or in Settings, Billing.
  3. Take your spot by using PTO Fox: invite a teammate or log a time-off request. Joining on its own doesn't take a spot.
  4. From the day you take your spot, PTO Fox is free for 3 months.
  5. To keep going after that, add a card. You pay 50% of your plan's price for the next 12 months.
  6. After those 12 months you pay your plan's normal price, and we never raise it.

What counts as taking a spot

You've joined the founding offer and your company has invited a teammate or logged a time-off request. Spots go in the order they're taken. If all 20 are gone first, your trial carries on as a normal 30-day free trial.

What we ask

A 20-minute feedback call after your first month. If you're happy, we may ask to quote you, and we'll only do that if you say yes.

Good to know

  • Founding status ends if you cancel, once your current plan period runs out. If you come back later, you pay the normal price, and the spot isn't given to anyone else.
  • One free trial per email domain.
  • Companies that are already paying customers can't join.
  • Every plan has every feature, founding or not.

The founding terms

Until December 31, 2026, or until 20 companies have joined, whichever comes first, a company in its free trial can choose to join the founding offer. Joining is optional. A company takes a founding spot when it has joined and has invited a teammate or logged a time-off request. Spots go in that order and are limited to 20. A founding company uses PTO Fox free for 3 months from the day it takes its spot. If it then adds a card, it pays 50% of its plan's price for 12 months, then the normal price for its plan. Founding status ends when a company cancels and its current plan period runs out, and it isn't restored if the company returns. Companies that were already paying customers when the offer started can't join. We ask each founding company for a feedback call after its first month. We'll only quote a company with its permission.
